Larry Lang- Buyer’s Agent
Larry and Rick have been partners in the real estate business since 2004. Larry assists Rick by handling showings and writing offers for our buyers. Larry is a licensed and designated ABR. He and Rick can work with clients in both Illinois . Larry strives to go above and beyond all expectations of buyers and make the offer and contract process as smooth as possible. In addition to his strong buyer background, Larry also assists Rick in the process of listing and maintaining some of our foreclosure properties. Samantha Fetzner- Marketing Coordinator
Samantha manages all the advertisements on the internet, in print, and in all other media. Our Marketing Coordinator works hard to ensure your property has the most visibility and reaches as many potential buyers as possible on as many functional platforms as necessary. This includes setting up clients to receive marketing reports from various websites, ensuring they’re aware of market activity in the area of their property, reviewing strategies for each listing, promoting on social media, creating postcards and brochures as well as numerous other features relative to getting the most attention and potential buyers to look at the listing as possible. Wendy Lucich- REO Manager & Coordinator, Listing Coordinator
Wendy has over 15 years of real estate experience & is a licensed Broker. Prior to joining our team, she worked in real estate tax service and then worked as a legal assistant before venturing back into the real estate field. Wendy works in close conjunction with our agents to ensure an expeditious process of all REO files listed by our office. She coordinates with the banks (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Caliber, Bank of America and several others) as necessary to ensure the success of our contracts.
